These are great things and Musikgarten is a fun way to nurture these skills.
However, I love music! I love listening to music! I love dancing to music! I love making music! I love sharing music with others!
Children are naturally drawn to music and that is what makes teaching Musikgarten so much fun. I get the chance to inspire a love of music within the children and their families.
My favorite feedback that I hear from parents about what their toddlers are doing outside of class as a result of Musikgarten are:
- "She sings all the songs at home."
- "He plays with objects and uses them as musical instruments."
- "She dances and goes through the activities in class in unexpected places."
- "I hear my child singing all the time."
- "She loves doing the songs and movements from class while she is playing independently or while playing with her brother."
- "We play Musikgarten songs in the car and he knows them all."
These children are listening to music, dancing to music, making music, and sharing music! Their parents have given me the opportunity to pass on my love of music to them...
